Runners from the 2024 TCS London Marathon

Participant information

Here's everything you need to know

The mass and virtual edition will take place on Sunday 27 April.

1. Ballot results

Emails will be dropping in inboxes throughout Wednesday 26 June. So, if you're still waiting to receive yours, please be patient. Don’t forget to also check your junk/spam folder as it may have accidentally ended up there!

If you have not received an email, we recommend that you wait until Thursday 27 June to contact customer services.

If you have been successful, you have until 16:00 BST on Thursday 25 July to pay £69.99 and secure your place. Please remember: if you don’t pay by this deadline, you will lose your place, so don’t delay!

2. Unsuccessful in the ballot, but still want to run?

There are loads of charities with places who would love to have you on their team for the 2025 TCS London Marathon. You can find more info about charities that have places here.

We're also encouraging unsuccessful entrants to take on the Brighton Marathon, on Sunday 6 April 2025. You can enter here.
