We believe that sport and activity should be accessible for all, which is why our dedicated team supports people with a huge range of disabilities – from elite wheelchair athletes to everyday participants – to take part in the TCS London Marathon.

All entrants must be 18 or over on Marathon Day. To receive a finisher’s medal, you must complete the event by the official cut-off time.
Handbikes, trikes, skates, inline skates such as Rollerblade, skateboards, scooters or any geared or motorised device may not be used.

Entries for assisted wheelchair entry for the 2025 TCS London Marathon have now closed. We will email the outcome of your application by Tuesday 15 October.
Please note you must be 18 years of age or older on 27 April 2025 to enter the 2025 TCS London Marathon.
Assisted wheelchair places are only open to wheelchair participants who are unable to get themselves around the course without assistance. You may have up to four support personnel (all aged 18 or over on 27 April 2025) helping to push you. Only two may push at one time.
If you are visually impaired, or your disability or medical condition means you need a support runner, you can apply for a free place for them. Please email us outlining your request and the reasons for it.

If you have a bladder or bowel condition, a Just Can’t Wait Toilet Card explains you have a medical condition and need urgent access to a toilet. The card issued by the Bladder and Bowel Community can be downloaded here for free. From that page, you can also purchase a plastic card.

On Event Day, we also have the following support:
There are RevoLOOtion Mobiloos at the start and finish. The toilet and changing facility is manned and available for disabled participants. There are two within the Blue Assembly Area at the start and one on the corner of Marlborough Road at the finish.
If the crowds and noise are overwhelming and you need a calming and soothing spot, we also provide a quiet space at the finish for neurodivergent participants.
